How long does it take?
We deliver within 1 week. Our team begins submissions within 24 hours of payment. Most directories publish immediately; some take a few days to review.
How do you pick the 100 directories?
We hand-pick directories based on your product category (AI tool, SaaS, dev tool, etc.), target audience, and DR quality. We skip low-quality or inactive directories.
What information do you need from me?
Product name, URL, short description (150 chars), long description (500 chars), logo, up to 5 screenshots, category, and pricing model. The onboarding form takes about 5 minutes.
Can I submit multiple products?
Yes. Each product is a separate order. You can submit as many products as you like.
SEO & Backlinks
Are the backlinks permanent?
Yes. All directories we submit to provide permanent listings. As long as your product exists, the links stay live.
Is this safe for SEO?
Absolutely. We only use white-hat, legitimate directories — no PBNs, no link farms, no spam. All directories are manually vetted.
How much DR increase can I expect?
Results vary by product and current DR. Products starting from DR 0-20 typically see +10 to +25 DR within 1-2 months. Higher DR sites see smaller relative gains.
Will all 100 directories link back with do-follow?
Most do, some use no-follow. Both types contribute to your overall authority and brand exposure. We report the link type for each directory.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
What is the refund policy?
If we fail to submit to at least 80 directories within 1 week, you get a full refund. No questions asked. Email us at support@submitbase.io.
Is there a subscription or recurring fee?
No. SubmitBase is a one-time payment. Pay once per product, get listed, done.
Delivery & Reporting
How do I track progress?
Your dashboard shows real-time submission progress — which directories have been submitted, which are pending, and which are approved.
What does the final report include?
A CSV with all directories: name, URL, submission date, status, DR value, and the live listing URL once approved.
What if a directory rejects my submission?
We'll substitute it with another quality directory at no extra charge, so you always get 100+ submissions.
